Boy Howdy! My life in old age is pretty much just a string of good habits holding hands from sunup to sundown. I got all my bad habits out of my system in chronological order. The body is way better at absorbing bad habit punches in one's 20s than one's 70's. I can say many of my bad habits back in the day gave me some valuable life lessons and experiences I would not have had otherwise. Wisdom is knowing when to hang up the phone.
